Born in 1968, Thomas Harding is an internationally renowned best-selling author whose works have been translated into more than 16 languages. His books, including "Hanns und Rudolf" (dtv/Jacoby & Stuart) and "Sommerhaus am See" (dtv), have been honored with various prestigious literary awards, including the Jewish Quarter-Wingate Literary Prize for Non-Fiction and the Shortlist of the Costa Biography Award.

As a versatile writer and journalist, Thomas Harding has contributed to esteemed publications such as The Guardian, The Washington Post, and The Sunday Times.

Thomas Harding also serves as the chairman of the Alexander-Haus e.V. association. The Alexander Haus, sharing its name with his book "Sommerhaus am See", has been meticulously restored and has been open to the public for tours and events since 2019. The association is dedicated to important cultural and social causes, promoting education and reconciliation.

Mr. Harding will read excerpts from his bestseller "The House By The Lake", followed by a Q&A session. Additionally, this year saw the reissue of his book "Hanns and Rudolf", to which he provided insights in interviews related to the newly released film "Zone of Interest", as reported in Stern and Bild. Copies of both books will be available for purchase at the bookstore.
